IT Support
HMTMH's IT department is responsible for the university's online services and IT infrastructure. IT support staff can be contacted by teachers, students, and staff in the following ways:
- online via the HMTMH ticket system: https://service.hmtm-hannover.de (Login required)
- by telephone via the IT hotline: +49 (0)511 3100-555,
- in person in the basement of the administration building at Loebensteinstraße 2 (during the office hours of the enrolment office (Immatrikulationsamt),
- by e-mail to support@hmtm-hannover.de.
