STT-Staff Mobility for administrative staff

Through its Staff Mobility component, the ERASMUS program offers administrative staff at the HMTMH the opportunity to spend a few days abroad.

Are you curious to see what your workplace looks like at other higher education institutions? If so, you can gain insight into the working methods of your international colleagues—for instance, through work shadowing or training.

ERASMUS+: SUPPORTED STAFF AREAS

ERASMUS+ supports university staff from all areas:

  • General and Technical Administration
  • Library
  • Finance
  • International Office
  • Public Relations
  • Human Resources
  • Event Management

Select one or more partner universities and inquire whether your specific field of work exists there. If the selected university is willing to host you, you may apply for the ERASMUS grant.

If you are interested, please contact the International Office. We would be happy to assist you.

BEFORE THE TRAVEL

Before you can embark on your trip, we require certain documents from you. ERASMUS covers your travel and subsistence costs in the form of lump-sum allowances. To this end, please complete the Business Trip Application and the ERASMUS forms.

The host institution will send an invitation to the International Office, specifying the dates—which will have already been agreed upon with you. You then complete:

  • The Business Trip Application
  • The "Grant Agreement"
  • The "Mobility Agreement Staff Plan"

and submit them to the International Office. Information regarding the procedure, as well as how to book your train travel or flights, can be found in our guide.

FURTHER INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES

In the guide attached on the right under "Downloads," you will find the most important information regarding the procedure and how to complete the forms. We recommend reading this document before submitting your application; please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
