Please note: Unfortunately, scholarships are currently not available.

The International Office offers one-off grants and graduation grant for foreign students who are in financial need. The amount of the grant is determined by the number of applications.

One-off grant
Applicants must have passed the intermediate examination, be at least in the 3rd Bachelor's semester or be in the Master's programme.

Graduation grant
A prerequisite is that applicants have already registered for the final examination or are aiming for a degree in the near future.
Students from the solo class cannot apply!

The International Office will again offer an Integration/German course for Erasmus Incoming students and international students in the summer semester 25. Further information can be found here.

The International Office regularly offers one-off payments for students (Einmalige Beihilfe) and for students in their last semester of their studies (Studienabschlussbeihilfe). Applications are open to international students who are in financial difficulties. Scholarships, however, are currently not available. Information on this can be found here and in the 2025 scholarship brochure. The current scholarship brochure for the winter semester 2025/26 can be found here.

The application deadline for students from our partner universities who would like to study with ERASMUS at the HMTM in Hannover in the coming WS 2025/2026 and/or SoSe 2026 is 31 March 2025. You can find more information for Erasmus INCOMING students here.

The application process for the audition 2025/26 start of studies in WS 2025/2026 is open mid February. You will find detailed information here.

[Translate to Englisch:] Am Mittwoch, den 09. Dezember 2020 hat das International Office eine Online-Informationsveranstaltung zum Thema Auslandsaufenthalte (ERASMUS+ und PROMOS Programm) angeboten. Die Präsentation dazu finden Sie im LMS und hier.

Alle, die im akademischen Jahr 2021/2022 (WS 21/22 und SoSe 22) mit ERASMUS+ oder im Kalenderjahr 2021 mit PROMOS ins Ausland gehen möchten und nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen konnten, können sich gerne per Email an das International Office wenden und einen individuellen Beratungstermin vereinbaren.
