At HMTMH, students and employees have access to counsellors for various topics:

Contact persons for people with disabilities and severe disabilities

The Representative Body for Severely Disabled Employees (SBV) at HMTMH represents the interests of severely disabled and equivalent employees. It is elected for four years at a time. Its tasks include counselling and support as well as involvement in recruitment procedures.

The representative at HMTMH is Dr Susanne Borchers (e-mail; phone: +49 (0)511 3100-7122). She is the contact person for questions or suggestions on the topics of severe disability, equal opportunities and prevention and can be contacted by e-mail or telephone. The staff council meeting room (1.005 in Loebensteinstr. 2-4) is available for counselling sessions if required.

Nele Imke Regenstein (e-mail) is the contact person for students for problems arising in and around the university.
Office hours: Mondays from 13:00 to 14:00 in the AStA office (Room 227, Neues Haus 1) and by appointment.

Liaison Lecturers

Prof Elisa Läubin (e-mail) and Dr Lorenz Luyken (e-mail; phone: +49 (0)511 3100-7633) are available to HMTMH students as liaison lecturers.

Prof Läubin is available by appointment, Dr Luyken on Tuesdays from 16:30 to 18:00 (Seelhorststraße 3, room 2.011, registration list next to the door).
