The International Office offers one-off grants and graduation grants for international students who are in financial need. The amount of aid depends on the number of applications.

One-off payments
Applicants must have passed the intermediate examination, be at least in their 3rd Bachelor's semester or be studying a Master.

Graduation grant
A prerequisite is that applicants have already registered for the final examination or are aiming to graduate soon.
Students from the solo class cannot apply!

The International Office will again offer an Integration/German course for Erasmus Incoming students and international students in the winter semester 2024/25. Further information can be found here.

The International Office regularly offers one-off payments for students (Einmalige Beihilfe) and for students in their last semester of their studies (Studienabschlussbeihilfe). Applications are open to international students who are in financial difficulties. Scholarships, however, are currently not available.

The application deadline for students from our partner universities who would like to study with ERASMUS at the HMTM in Hanover in WS 2025/2026 and/or SoSe 2026 is 31 March 2025. You can find more information for Erasmus INCOMING students here.
